Manyata’s flagship project Manyata Tech Park stands as a testimony to the company and its founder’s futuristic vision by Being one of the largest integrated township that first brought alive the concept of live-work-play in India. Manyata Tech Park is the first privately-owned SEZ in Bangalore. The project was conceptualized to support the Growth of Karnataka and be regarded as an IT hub in the Indian Silicon Valley of Bangalore. Today, several Fortune 500 companies like IBM, Cognizant, Nokia, Siemens, ANZ and Target locate their businesses at this premium commercial zone. Founder & visionary
Chairman & Managing Director
With more than four decades of experience, Reddy Veeranna is the self-made visionary whose leadership has shaped Manyata. His entrepreneurial journey began in 1980 with Reddy Veeranna Constructions, which contributed to nation-building through 55 major civil works covering dams, bridges, lakes, irrigation pipelines, thermal power, highways and rural housing across India.
He leads Manyata with deep knowledge of real estate, infrastructure and development, combining investor-focused thinking with an ability to anticipate demand. His strategic planning, attention to detail and expertise in identifying valuable land parcels have enabled the creation of sustainable urban hubs and prominent real-estate landmarks.
Under his direction, Manyata introduced integrated-township thinking to Bengaluru and brought the live-work-play idea to life through Manyata Tech Park. Developed in the 1990s as a pioneering privately owned operational SEZ, it transformed the city’s commercial landscape and attracted leading global organisations.
His belief in ambitious ventures, sustainable urbanisation and uncompromising quality continues to guide the company. Alongside overseeing Manyata Tech Park, he mentors a new generation of entrepreneurs and strategic thinkers who will carry the company forward.
Director
Sangeetha Reddy carries forward the Manyata legacy while working alongside her father and mentor, Reddy Veeranna. As Director of Manyata Promoters until 2011, she strengthened key client relationships connected with Manyata Tech Park and helped establish the ten-million-square-foot development as a recognised SEZ brand.
Today she guides strategic decisions concerning finance and management and plays a central role in collaborations and partnerships. She also serves as strategic advisor to Embassy Services Pvt. Ltd. for Manyata Embassy Business Park. Her planning ability, energetic outlook and unconventional vision are focused on preparing Manyata to compete among global real-estate leaders.
Director
A technology specialist with extensive experience in the United States, Abhiram Parvathaneni returned to India and joined RVCPL in 2009. He went on to lead technical and financial operations and joined Manyata’s board in 2013, helping maintain world-class quality across its projects.
Within a decade, he had chaired more than ten major RVCPL civil works spanning irrigation, roads, power and housing. Working with Sangeetha Reddy on their shared long-term vision, he oversees the full development chain—from land identification and project conception to government collaboration, daily operations and legal matters. His hands-on attention to project delivery makes him a central pillar of Manyata.
Director
Vinod Naidu holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the United Kingdom and brings wide-ranging operational and marketing experience. As Head of Operations for Domino’s Pizza UK, he achieved the company’s record for highest monthly sales.
He also owns a UK outdoor-marketing business employing more than 800 people and supporting the growth of quick-service restaurant brands. His expertise includes guerrilla and experiential marketing. Among his other achievements, he led the first Indian team to secure sponsorship and win the Baja SAE competition, travelling internationally to present the team’s design.
Today, he is passionate about mentoring young entrepreneurs and supporting promising ventures as an angel investor.
